  • Both of You Wear the Pants
You and your guy seem to have stuck the perfect power balance.
It’s not that you don’t disagree – it’s just that you’ve learned how to compromise well.
You’re both mature enough to know that you can’t always get your way…
And usually, you’re both adult enough to reach an agreement – even if that sometimes means giving in a little.

So anyway…my very good friend told me yesterday that he was going to tinker around with some printing software in case we needed to print our invitation envelopes….since we may not have time for my sister to handwrite the addresses.  I hear him fiddling around….and out pops an envelope from the printer.  It is addressed to:

Tobiko (that’s what he calls the hamster)

    1 Dirty Cage

    Phila, PA 19131

HAHAHAHA!  But we are in the search for a new quality printer.  We’re still using the crappy one that came free with our Dell computers when we bought them like 7 years ago. hahahaha.  We don’t want to spend TOO much money…but a decent printer that we can use to print our envelopes, programs, paper stuff….and possibly also photos.

    Any suggestions?!!

  • We have an older Hewlett Packard All In One and I love it.  If it went out I would purchase a newer all in one.  I like the convenience of a scanner, copier, and printer together.  I print hundreds of items daily as well since I custom design and handcraft wedding invitations for my business.

  • my printer. hahaha. or a work laser printer. Kinkos for the envelopes?

  • what printer do you have april?

  • epson 1280. its kinda old though.

  • We used Kinkos to make our map cards and they looked really great. We designed them and then just took the image to the store on a disk. They have a couple of paper qualities to pick from and it was really affordable.
